I called Joe's Drain Cleaning today due to a backed up septic issue in our basement. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this company was. Joe came out to the house within 30 mins. of my call and gave several options to fix the problem. Once a decision was made, his crew showed up and began to clean out the line. All I can say is thank you so much to Michael and the rest of the staff at Joe’s! After calling a place that wasn’t local to fix a clogged main line, we had issues less than a year later. I found Joe’s through a Google search and called immediately. They came out same day to take a look and confirmed it was a clog in the main line. We had to postpone them running the hydrojet due to cold weather, but Michael still came out annd cabled what he could so we would have a working toilet. A week later he came back and ran the hydrojet and cleared out 4+ clumps of roots. Michael made sure the pipe was clear and he was thorough. This is why I prefer small family businesses. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed and fixed well. I will only deal with Joe’s from here on out! Thanks again so much!!
